Box Shape & Style

This initial choice determines the fundamental structure of your box. Selecting the right style ensures your product is presented effectively and functions as you intend. We offer common die-cut shapes for efficiency, but can create a fully custom shape for a unique brand experience.

Dimensions

Providing the internal Length, Width, and Depth is crucial. These measurements guarantee that your product will fit perfectly inside the box with any necessary clearance. Always measure your product first, then add a small buffer (e.g., 1/8 inch or 3mm) to each dimension.

Paperboard Material

This section defines the raw material of your box. Material Type sets the base color and texture (e.g., natural brown Kraft or premium white SBS). Material Feel & Thickness allows you to choose the rigidity and perceived quality of the box, from a flexible sleeve to a sturdy, premium carton.

Printing & Finishing

This is where your branding comes to life. Printing specifies the colors on the outside and inside of your box. Finishing Touches are special treatments like lamination, foiling, or embossing that add a tactile and visual appeal, elevating the unboxing experience.
